My Youtube Channel & Such

www.youtube.com/jenanasaurusrex
Do check it out sometime! I know my camera is crap, but I should be getting an HD cam soon.
     Also, check out my e-bay.
http://www.ebay.com/sch/jenanasaurusrex/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686
I'm constantly updating it with cool finds at moderate prices.
So I've been wholesale shopping a bit lately, and I definitely have mixed feelings. On one hand, you can find some really nice things, but on the other, it's just junk in a box. I'm about to make a video on it so please check it out!
I got a car, and I get my license on December 6th! I'm so excited but I wish it wasn't during the winter!
With upcoming holidays ahead, it's time to start thinking of gifts for friends and family. I'm absolutely STUCK on what to get my boyfriend for Christmas! If you have any ideas, please let me know! I just don't really want to get him cologne or something cliche like that..
Okay so, I finally broke down and bought the Sims 3. Needless to say, I'm absolutely addicted. You can download houses off of the EA website once you register your product, annnnd I downloaded so much to the point where my game has slowed down a little. Lol, guess I should get to cleaning it up... I'm such a nerd!
Me and my boyfriend deleted our Facebooks! Over the past couple of days, a ton of obscene and just disgusting stuff pops up. And no, not the weird videos that if you click on, they spam you. I'm talking full blown out pictures. One was of a dog badly beaten and covered in blood, with blood puddles all around him. The was like my breaking point. I'm no wimp, but when I saw that, I couldn't deal with it any longer. Sooo we got a Bebo! Lol.
If you or anyone you know is interested in collecting vintage items, I have a miniature Singer oiling can for sewing machines! It's all metal with "Singer" engraved in the side. Kind of tarnished, but still in great condition. E-mail me at: jreeder04@gmail.com if you're interested! I'll probably sell it around $10 or less!
Thanks for taking the time to read about my drama and such:)
Hoe you're doing well!

Mac's New Winter Collection, Glitter and Ice!!

I heard about it through Badassplatinum on youtube (looove that woman!) and she had the new paint pot, Let's Skate! Needless to say, I immediately ordered a sample from TheBodyNeeds. I don't think I've ever fell in love with a product THAT fast, except for my Revlon Super Lustrous pearl lipstick in Silver City Pink. Actually, these two colors are similar. Both are a frosty baby pink, but with flecks of gold. STUNNING! Mac just came out with a similar color to Let's Skate, but it's a mineralized shadow. You may recognize it by the name Snow Season. This color is sooo beautiful! I'm a huuuge fan of mineralized shadows, and this won immediately stole my heart. I guess I could say I'm a neutral/warm kind of girl. The only thing bold I'd ever consider on my face is my lashes and lips. Now my personality is the EXACT opposite! Haha, well what do you think of the new collection?

                                                               Revlon's Silver City Pink

Btw, check out Revlon's new collection! It's GORGEOUS! (Is it me or do their lip glosses look quite similar to lip glasses?)

Long time, no talk. Again!

SO MUCH has gone on since my last post! I got a car! I'm starting an ebay business! I'm also starting a youtube beauty channel! I've been soo busy with school and ebay lately (btw, check it out!: http://www.ebay.com/sch/jenanasaurusrex/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686). My mom glued some hair extensions in my hair earlier haha. I LOVE THEM! This was kind of the last resort, the clips would slide right out, even with teasing them. Me and my boyfriend have been hanging out a lot lately too. Not that we don't already, we just have been a lot more. We went trick 'r treating as static haha. We couldn't figure out anything else to be. I've been using a new product, it's called raw black african soap. This stuff is major stinky, but it sure cleans out your pores! I purchased it off of ebay for about $5. Also, I know everyone's heard of Guardian Angel heat protector spray buy Got2B. I not only use that as a heat protectant, but it makes my hair feel a lot thicker and healthier! A couple of minutes ago, I applied to be a Wet N' Wild Beauty Ambassador! Let's just pray I make it! Anyways, my ebay is mainly some clothes that I never got around to wearing, and a couple NEW beauty products. One of them is the Mac blush, Dollymix (I was sent the wrong color). I just need the extra money because I'm saving up for college which is coming up pretty soon! Plus, I've always wanted my own little business! I'll try to post a picture of my extensions sometime soon! Thanks for hanging with me.

                                              Love,
                                                Jenna

Tea Tree Oil Review!

Okay so my first thoughts when I opened it was that it smelled very strong and musty! Not my favorite smell, but not the worst. It's kind of like a dry oil because it has a pretty thin consistency, about as dense as water. I just dabbed it all over my black heads and a couple pimples. When I woke up the next morning, my black heads had lightened dramatically! Not all the way gone, but I know if I do this every night, they'll eventually clear up. The pimples had also lightened, but not as much. I'm still gonna use it on them tonight because they definitely will go away in time if I keep using this product! The only thing I don't really like about this product is the smell. It's soo strong. I could honestly care less if it's gonna clear my face up though. My overall opinion: I love it and would recommend it to anyone!! Here's a HUGE list of different uses I found:

  • Acne
  • Athlete's Foot
  • Boils
  • Bug Repellent (I can see how...)
  • Burns
  • Cankers (Mouth Ulcers)
  • Cold Sores
  • Cuts
  • Dandruff
  • Diaper Rash
  • Disinfectant
  • Ear Aches
  • Fleas (DO NOT USE ON CATS)
  • Fungus Nails
  • Gums/Teeth (receding gums, pyorrhea, gingivitis, plaque, and bad breath)
  • Infected/Sore Nails
  • Insect Bites and Stings
  • Laundry Disinfectant
  • Lice
  • Mites
  • Pimples
  • Scalp Problems (Itchy, dry, scaly or oily scalps)
  • Sinus & Bronchial Congestion
  • Skin Problems (psoriasis, eczema, etc.)
  • Splinters
  • Sunburns
  • Thrush in Infants (Mouth)
  • Ticks and Leeches
  • Warts
  • Yeast Infections

BB Creams

Let's be honest, asians have it made. They have perfect skin, hair, style, and they're aodrable! Plus, they do a great job on my nails (I can barely paint one hand before getting polish all over the place)! So I've been researching around for different asian products and such that are better than my regular. And I found BB Creams. BB stands for 'beblesh balm' or 'blemish balm.' BB cream originated in Germany for cosmetic surgery patients to cover their scars and also heal their skin. The trend moved to Asia when a famous Asian actress was spotted in a movie wearing BB cream. I have checked the reviews of many different creams, and have ordered a few samples from ebay. I can't wait for them to arrive! If you'd like a more in depth review, check out some Youtube vids! Or just watch the one below by bubzbeauty!:)

Been A While

It's been forever since I last posted! (Or first posted lol). Sorry (to all of the people who follow me: none). -_- I'm not surprised. Who would want to listen to an annoying American teenager talk about their problems and whatnot? (NOT ME!!) Tehe, well I'm gonna start off and say, I'm a lot different than anyone you'll ever meet. But hey, aren't we all? Anyways, I recently purchased some tea tree oil. I have yet to use it, but have heard great GREAT reviews. I can't wait; I will specifically be using it for minor pimples and blackheads. I'll let you know how it goes! So a couple of weeks ago, this wealthy woman that my stepdad knows gave away A TON of her clothes. Literally. More than $25,000 worth. He brought it and and Mom and I sorted through it for stuff we like and would wear, and stuff that my sister might like. Needless to say, we racked up on a few things! I got like 5 blazers but not black. :( I got a white Chanel blazer, but gave it to my sis. Too dressy for mwah! I've also been ordering so much makeup through ebay! (It sounds sick but it's all still in the box and unopened.) I just can't quit! Haha, I'm gettin a little better though, hopefully I won't jinx myself... So earlier I was trying to figure out a Halloween costume. I wanted to be a peacock 'cause I have a ton of ostrich feathers (yeah i know, it doesn't make sense lol) but I didn't know how to stick them to my butt! So I just resorted to the easy "Greek Goddess" by using a bedsheet to make a toga! It makes me look all fat though... I'll have to work it somehow! Anyways, I gotta go, love ya! Byeee:)

2011/9/26

Well, my first post. I'm kind of still debating on whether or not I want this to be about me, or fashion. Definitely leaning more towards fashion though, because who wants to hear a teenager rant a rave? Ha! Well first things first, my name is Jenna and I'm sixteen. I live in a small little town, and I'm home schooled. And NO, homeschoolers are NOT weird, we're just regular kids, some a little more sheltered than others. Although I'd love to go back to public school to graduate this year, I know it's for the best. One, I'm graduating a year early, and two, I tend to fall into peer pressure easily. Also one of the reasons I am home schooled ha. I have an amazing, beautiful boyfriend, and we've been together for almost three months now. Yeah, we got a ways to go haha. Anyways, pertaining my style. Wellll, I love to thrift shop. I adore anything unique, vintage, and lace. I swear, I go thrift-shopping so much it's unhealthy! Another thing I've really gotten into is film photography. I recently purchased a Diana F+ Mr.Pink, and it's alright but I'll probably sell it. Yesterday my dad gave me his old Canon AE-1 which I'm SUPER UBER stoked about!! I ADORE this camera!! Ha, well this was just a quick overview. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Thanks for reading this whole intro and bearing with me!
                                             Love,
                                               Jenna
